The increase in turnover is remarkable, because the growth in the temporary employment sector as a whole has almost come to a standstill. At the start of 2018, the turnover according to the ABU trade association increased by 11.3%, which had dropped to 1.2% at the end of the year.
YoungCapital is growing slightly less fast than in recent years, when 60% of revenue was added twice in a row. This year the broadcaster wants to convert € 100 million extra, or 21.5%.
The broadcaster says that it owes its growth mainly to the self-taught HBO study program and trainee ships for, among others, ICT specialists. The company is also growing fast in Germany. Due to the increase in turnover, YoungCapital, where the three founders are still the shareholders, is approaching the top five of the sector, with companies such as Randstad, USG, Manpower and Adecco.
