A British MP was arrested on Saturday on a rape charge, reports The Sunday Times. The defendant is also a former minister.
The name of the member has not been announced. It is well known that this is a man in his fifties and a party member of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
The Conservative Party member is accused by a woman in her twenties of rape, assault and psychological abuse. Saturday night, he was released on bail. He has to report back in mid-August.
The woman would be a former member of Parliament. After she was forced to have sex, she had to be treated at the hospital.
